Tyrant terminated

I do not have to repeat what the world sensed when Mummer Kettaffi was picked from a ditch like Sadam Hussein. As the self appointed PM of Ethiopia in exile I congratulate African leaders for those who even made their silent strike. The military powers of West and East Africa, Nigeria and Ethiopia of course were not late when jointly recognized the Revolutionary leaders of Libya.

The faked desert fox had tried to buy African leaders by promising housing in Mediterranean resort and streets in their names in Libya if they voted to move African Union headquarter to Libya. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia was not a nominal founding of African Unity but symbolic source for African independence with out forgetting the never colonized Ethiopia except five years of resisted occupation by Italy.

When I consider the kinds of persecution I experienced from the dictators at every level in Ethiopia I balance with the right development strategy and with gradual release of the iron fist grip by PM Meles. We do not have to forget that the iron fist is still needed for the remnants of former military regime that are relying behind the war lords of Eritrea to abort the federalism by wrongly dreaming to apply the North Africa and Middle east revolution. The North Africa and Middle East are much wealthier to be organized and deal with war as well as post war while Ethiopia needs further development and critical mass organization in the foreseeable future.

PM Meles will of course not participate in the coming election which is a sign of democracy in his party in terms of change of leadership while Eritrea probably will remain with its life long president Essayas unless overthrown. If PM Meles in the coming few years is not able to overcome Eritrea then his successor has a must heritage of eliminating the war lords in Eritrea as a prerequisite for peaceful and democratic Ethiopia’s rule of ballot with out bullets.

United Nations Sleeping on the Fence

After both rebels hand in gloves toppled one of the ever existed fascist regime on May 1991 the current Ethiopian regime did not only welcomed the Independence of Eritrea but also participated in rebuilding Eritrea until April 1998. Failing to appreciate peace full coexistence it was in 1998 that the current Eritrean regime made two over sighted blunders. One misstep was escalating sea port taxation and the other muddle was to impose their new currency on equal basis against international rules of circulation.

After Ethiopia had shifted sea port usage to Djibouti and declared that Eritrean currency has to compete with dollars and the like, Eritrea once again immediately misconstrued and mobilized army led by three generals that crossed the border to Badme, Ethiopia. The underestimated Ethiopia reversed the scenario and handed over a demilitarized zone to the United Nations in 2001.

Eritrea has the longest history of refugee claimants with about 1.5 million people who corrupt western officials through the usual sex, economic, election and lies. The tribunal in The Hague is led by human beings who can make conscious and unconscious mistakes by having to look at doctored maps in which both countries claim and counter claim. While rich Eritreans in exile open bottles of champagne after another with the Eritrean regime the Ethiopian opposition in exile drop buckets of cold water and even sabotage relief to Ethiopia when the aid money is snatched piece by piece starting at donation in the western world until it reaches the needy.

If Eritrean leadership believes Badme is part of Eritrea why are they refusing to participate in the on ground demarcation? Why is the UN on the Demilitarized zone for a decade not forcing Eritrea to come to the negotiating table and demarcate the border? Both countries agree the Mereb river as their boundary until it reaches the western plane which will be a starting point for demarcation and that is where Eritrea is afraid of being exposed as there will not be any vagueness for independent observers on the ground for I know this area on foot and by car.

Removing the war lords in Eritrea by the" Eritrean Youth Solidarity for Change" is also a prerequisite for social equality in Ethiopia. As self appointed PM in exile in my last and second term I would like to see the light at the end of the tunnel before I retired from politics by 2015 based on consensus, of leadership change as a sign of democratic system, with my opponent PM Meles. I would like to follow for another two terms from 2016 to 2024 as independent investigative journalist and or human right activist the leadership that replaces PM Meles transforming the country to full-fledged democratic state

Crime against Humanity, MiniStar of Ethiopia

True falling apart of, acting the stage as scientist terminator of Malaria at the WHO in Geneva, to the UN Headquarters, New York Mini Star elation of International Poverty Alleviator. The story began when Tedros eluded the sixth grade president of Tigray Region of Ethiopia and announcement in the Assembly his prophecy of Malaria eradication with in ten years. Through the influence of his uncle in Geneva Dr Awash Teklehimanot he was elated briefing scientists in Geneva and when he became Mini Star even summoned the Director General of THE WHO to his Office in Addis to instruct her on his pipe dream of Malaria elimination replacing scientists in Geneva. At last when the best brains in Geneva turned his exhilaration to despair he criticized them for overestimating epidemiologic perception when in fact he underestimated for both lack of his application of the concept and political ambition. His ten years prophecy is doubled to twenty years and there is not and will not be Malaria elimination if I further double it to forty years from now. Tedros now hijacked poverty reduction but is insane when he makes it international

From what this opportunist’s false claims and promises made to climb the pillars of power he could have been hanged to death but is untouchable as PM Meles uses the wide mouth of Tedros to beat his opponents. Dr Awash from Geneva told me to transfer Tedros to Epidemiology but I insisted that he as immunologist better head the Diagnostic laboratory then in my absence Dr Awash helped him escape from laboratory like Margaret Thatcher, went astray in his distance learning of public health without health background. He is now best named as MiniStar of Health Extension workers but incapacitated recognition by the intelligentsias of Ethiopia as Federal MiniStar of Health.

His ecstasy is widely exposed in Ethiopia to become PM like Margaret Thatcher and is dreaming to get international recognition as he could not grow any more in Ethiopia. What else is the objective of going to the UN with probably faked data on exaggerated achievement of extension workers and jubilation as game change in fight against international poverty when it is not even widely appreciated by Ethiopian scientific studies except by the intellectual poverty of Ethiopian leadership? It is also a mutual intention by the head of USAID as well as UK Secretary of State for International Development to claim as partners in such forged game changers. These organizations also hail ambitious minister to grandiosity to achieve the hidden intent of aid workers and missionaries as an entry for The CIA and Mi5. People say Dr Awash was CIA conscript and why not Tedros Adhanom?

Tedros also displayed the preliminary demographic and health surveys on family planning and child health at the UN General Assembly on September 22 thinking he will fool the world in the same way as the Ethiopian Parliament. The decline of Infant mortality rate to 59 and under five mortality rates to 88 per 1000 birth better corrected to live birth is also ascribed to the extension workers which I am not surprised as he is epidemiologist of nothing. The extension workers do give even hormonal contraceptive injections which I have my reservation in their recognition of some contraindications. Tedros has developed the Euphoria that the world can do better with out the hospitals and health centers; without doctors and health officers including nurses but extension workers.

Congratulations Tedros, any way, for growing like bamboo to the scientific community and then hide in a bush of prominent AID organizations which we will also see to what type of tree you will camouflage in three months at the AIDS conference. I still do not regret for recommending you to TPLF membership as far as politics is concerned but your hallucination and delusion on national let alone international champion on Malaria elimination as well as poverty reduction is crime against humanity. I have also another piece of advice to PM Meles, please do not expose yourself by building castle in the sky to become as game changer in international poverty reduction when you have our poverty stricken country run by ignorant ministers like Tedros despite the abundant intelligentsias.

Road Map from Bullets to Ballots in Ethiopia

Firs of all as PM of Ethiopia in exile I am very pleased to announce my support to the "Eritrean Youth Solidarity for Change" as endorsed by my opponent PM Meles back home whose followers consider me as enemy. At this juncture I tell Ethiopian opponents should not be two steps backward when PM Meles is always one step forward and is high time to organize the youth of Ethiopians in exile as our generation is borne to disagree. Warning to the opposition the expectation that Mummer Khadafy type  of western supported revolution  will not materialize in Ethiopia I  have  a piece of advice to PM Meles as well to learn from Hussein Mubarak of Egypt where the CIA and Israel secret agents were not of help in a real revolution. Prime Minister Meles is hailed for regional stability and war on terror but when Ethiopians are ready to overthrow his regime international community will shift opinion.

PM Meles has only one choice before the coming election of around 2016 and that is to create reform within his party and as well be replaced. One of his advisors is good enough for domestic issue and the army if he delegates his power of foreign issue to his brother in law. Then the new leader has to prove in the economic development of the country to fit for reelection around 2020 which will be a prerequisite for the creation of critical mass of Ethiopian opposition. Then after 2020 reelection he has to transform the country to a full rule of ballots but not bullets. In the mean time the oppositions have to eliminate two enemies of unity which are Amhara chauvinism and narrow nationalism by the other nations.

As self appointed PM in exile I am suggesting measures independently with out my participation in any political group since 1993 and in the future. I also advice Ethiopian politicians in the fifties and above to give up politics as they will be biased but instead advice their children, families and friends below fifty to read about Ethiopia past and present in an independent manner. Appropriate World history such as the Russian, Chinese, American and French Revolution with follow up of current world events is also mandatory.

Six Grade Graduate twenty Years despotic President of N. Ethiopia Uprooted

History has to be unfolded in the camouflaged current Ethiopian tyranny. When Djibouti got independence from colonial rule a six grader became first president. In a similar way when the Tigray region of Northern Ethiopia became independent from the century old Amhara dynasty another six grader vice priest Tsegay Berhe became vice president in 1991. Then in 2001 Federal  Prime minister Meles lost vote of confidence when he had handled perfectly the Eritrean invasion of Ethiopia, Tsegay Berhe was promoted to a full fledge despotic president of Tigray. This time 2011 Tsegay Berhe is probably to inherit the Business Empire of the TPLF from his brother in law ailing/ageing Sebhat Nega who was also totalitarian leader of the movement before P M Meles

Current Presidency of Tigray is said to be improved to high school graduate Abay Woldu who is a brother of the Eritrean Ambassador before the conflict.  To the contrary, the brother Awalom Woldu is now in opposition. Prime Minister Melese absolutely got corrupted and had imprisoned for few years two powerful dissidents for alleged corruption other wise he only purged the other non conformists. On the other hand it is a decade since eleven senior Eritrean rebels in leadership were imprisoned for being unorthodox to prophet Essayas President of Eritrea.

Back to the Tigrean people who impregnated, breast fed and had supported most the rebellion instead they suffered much more than the rest of Ethiopia after seizure of power. The logic of the rebels is that for every year in rebellion two years of rule is needed in the same way for every hour of lecture one has to visit the library for two hours.  The rebellion lasted for sixteen years and they expect thirty two years of rule which will end by twenty twenty three with hopeful egalitarianism.

As self appointed PM in exile with no intension of   joining any political group what I say to the opposition with about one hundred diagrammatically opposite parties are not ready to overthrow the authoritarian regime.  The people of Ethiopia need to develop economically by the same taken those who use the internet and mobile phones become significant to communicate and enlighten the peasant to come up with one or two strong coalition parties.  What I say to   contemporary autocratic PM Meles and contemporaneous PM is to also develop true democratic organizations until the election of twenty twenty or face an all out pandemonium.

My sister dies in
vein

I am dedicating the tragedy of my sister to Tigrean mothers
in particular and Ethiopians at large. My elder due to poverty had begun to lose her teeth while pregnant and lactating.
Against all odds she raised five children and contributed to the rebellion in
Tigray a son and a daughter. Five years after
the rebellion became government around 1997 here is what Abadi behind the
throne minister of health had to say to obstetrics and Gynecologist director of
the central referral hospital of the capital city in a political discussion in
front of clerks, cleaners and the like. I quote Abadi said, “Highly trained
intellectuals do not like us”. US is referred
to the ruling party, EPRDF

There had been widening in leadership gap of health and I
had written to PM Meles that the Ministry of health was progressing menial
while I was suffering in the street of  Addis Ababa in 1996 for nine months under the
punishment of that leadership. The ignorance had spread to Tigray region and I
was condemned by the system when as early as 1997 I presented in the Ethiopian
Medical Association scientific meeting that Quality of health care in Tigray
regional Hospitals was below standard. This time 2011 the government is getting
pledge from Japan to raise the quality of the referral hospital in the capital
of Amhara region. I hate to mention the name of the most opportunist man who had started claiming fake victory
fifteen years ago to the assembly of Tigray is for a second term federal
minister without health background.

Back to my sister when in 2010 in her post-menopausal was
operated on privately in the capital city for cervical uterine cancer which
then showed evidence of spread to other organs in 2011. She did not get the
appropriate basic care not only in the historical town of Adewa but also where
the prime minister is borne and being elected for office. It is a system
failure of educating citizens on how and when they should get health care
attention as early as possible.   Policy
makers squarely ignored this preventable maternal killer

Cervical cancer is not silent killer like ovary as it cries
early by shedding tears in a form of blood. Even in situations of problems with
pathologic results the Gynecologist in her door step at Axum zonal hospital
could not have had ambiguity of removing the uterus when it comes to post-menopausal
woman who did not get the chance of routine checkup.

Highly trained professionals are proud of their hard
academic journey in not less than the rebels’ pride of hardship. The health system is not given the chance to
be run by a combination of training, experience and ability based on civil
service criteria and not political meritocracy. After I left my country due
difficulty confronting opportunists and dictators other doctors proceeded or
followed me. Thereafter some doctors were allowed to seek sanctuary in
non-governmental organizations and private practice. Some of course struggle to
survive under the evil management. Human resource   is manufactured well but misused rather
misappropriated, misconducted, misplaced and misunderstood. Misdemeanors,
misdeed and malfeasance are daily breads.

Ethiopia, Beyond Return

I am not at any cost forgetting nor forgiving the harassmentand persecution I had under the regime of PM Melese Zenawi. Concerning territorial integrity I quote PM Meles, “Ethiopia is no more arms twisted”.  Pointing to internal solidarity I quote myself as PM in exile, “The Ethnic based federalism is irreversible” though remnants
of the former Amhara dynasty dream for a reverse. Instead citizens have to be worried about the emerging nations who can declare self-determination if pressured by the Amhara former ruling class.

The opposition coalition recruit intellectuals’ leaders who are theoretically more qualified than PM Meles but are not able to produce enough members of parliament who can elect a PM. This is because about eighty
five percent of Ethiopians are peasants and the coalition under PM Meles knew much more peasant psychology and need. Thus the type of revolution in the Arab world does work only in the fifteen percent of the population and is subject only to bloodshed.

The so called diaspora leadership is dominated by the remnants of the human flesh eater Mengistu regime. The most followers are immersed in idealism who even follow biblical studies in the Amharic language. Political
propaganda spread in the western world by Amharic language by the Ethiopian government or its opposition is more dangerous than it is in English. Eritrean leadership also distributes in Tigrinya to its diaspora a paranoia that the whole world is conspiring against the small nation. My message for Ethiopians and Eritreans in
exile is that let us have our differences express in the English language so that non Ethiopians and non-Eritreans can rationalize.

The hacking of phones is collapsing in England but emerging in Ottawa -Addis Ababa route. Ethiopians and Eritreans in phone companies in exile are directly or indirectly hacking to put the blame on the Ethiopian
government. These also seem to be in retaliation to the recently imprisoned two individuals on conspiring communication sabotage. It is not unusual for Ethiopian authority to attack their enemies in a similar way but the opposition believes in tit for tat which does not work as is evidenced in the current paralysis of our communication with our contacts in Addis Ababa.

Ethiopians&Eritreans Little Knowledge is dangerous

Today Tuesday June 21, 2011 between 4:30 and 5:30 AM at a telephone numbers 613 4821045 and 3660777 company DICE international connection call duty worker probably an Ethiopian origin manipulated repeatedly the automated machine and sabotaged my calls. To substantiate with another forgotten affairs an Eritrea at 444 Kennedy street Winnipeg Maneatoba in 2003 from the little knowledge he learned while dusting the apartments and cleaning the toilets he fabricated that there was leakage of water from my apartment of 1507 to 1407 to sabotage for my eviction but the white man engineer of the housing authority did not buy it.

Ethiopian politicians in exile have to know that the Ethiopians both at home and abroad have reached to the conclusion that the current government in Ethiopia is much better in alleviation of the country from poverty. Eritreans in exile should not continue to hide the truth that the current Eritrean warlords government has imprisoned the entire Eritreans under 40 in the name of military services originating from fake supremacy. Generally immigrants from fallen systems around the world stop exposing your ignorance by giving fake information to the white man and sabotaging in your employment areas to control other immigrants like me who are beyond your mental capability.
